Asian Community Alliance, Inc. proudly announces the release of their book, Greater Cincinnati Asian American Needs Assessment – 2010. This report is the first study of the health care and other needs of the Asian population in the Greater Cincinnati area. It provides an insight into the unique needs of a rapidly growing and diverse minority group that has often been neglected and misunderstood.

Inadequate data and conflicting reports about Asian Americans health and socio-economic conditions as well as their generally underutilization of services has been linked to the delay of systematic planning of health and human services. The findings from this report can be used to work with social service agencies, medical providers and policy makers when advocating to improve the lives of Asian Americans.
